F&B Captain
Work Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in Restaurant daily operations
* Ensures that the food and beverage inventories and stocks are done
* Trains and develops a pool of quality waitresses / waiters
* Service & develop relationship with the existing and potential accounts
* Manage the food and beverage inventories
Requirements:
* Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management/ F&B or Business Administration
* Minimum 5 year’s experience in restaurant operations
* High motivated and ambitious; – quality driven, customers and business results oriented
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
