RECEPTIONIST

General Qualifications :

*Female; Age, max. 25
*Young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons
*Mentally strong and be able to work under pressure ; Willing to work overtime

Key Responsibilities :

*To handle incoming and outgoing telephone
*To serve and to select company’s guests
*To manage the receipt of all incoming letters, mails or documents
*To ensure that callers and visitor (internal & external) are provide with good service
*Make sure that all contact list are kept update
*Produce periodic activity report

Required Qualifications and Skills :

*Bachelor’s Degree/Academy (D3) from a reputable university
*Minimum academic standing (IPK) 2,8
*Having experience as a Receptionist / Administration / other related field is an advantage
*Mature, proactive, fast learner and well-adaptation to a new situation
*Very well presented and good appearance competency
*Strong commitment, trustworthy, highly motivated and disciplined
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and proficient in written and spoken English
*Excellent PC literacy and administration skills
*Ability to commit for 6 months (contract subject to extension or permanent)
*Ability to start work immediately
