Requirements:
* Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
* Having 3 years experience in selling or promotion in telecommunication company or cunsomer product
* Having experience in “below the line” activities like: channel promotion, merchandising, POP Material, consumer promotion dan event promotion
* Having knowledge about industry, product, and market charatheristic
* Having knowledge and high interest with cellular technology and information technology
* Strong analytical thinking, proactive and energetic, result oriented
* Able to work independently as well as a team player
* Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa
* Literate in computer
* You will be in charge in:
o Developing and implementing promotion program (below the line activities) to reach selling target and distribution target
o Implementing trade and consumer promotions
o Planning, implementing and selecting right and accurate branded material
o Implementing and monitoring account plans of merchandising and promotion
o Planning the frequency of promotion
o Responsible for trade promotion
o Responsible for consumer promotion
o Executing the local promotion with a good technique and implement the theory of mechanic promotion
* You will be in charge in:
