IT Support Personnel
Roles and Opportunities :
* Supporting staff with any technical issues
* Desktop or Client side administration
* Some server administration (more on Workgroup Serves)
* Supporting and managing Printers
Technical Skills :
* Windows 2003 Server
* Basic Networking
* Windows XP
* Microsoft Office
* Basic cabling and infrastructure knowledge
Generic Skills :
* Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Information System Technology, Information System preferable from BINUS
* Fresh graduated are encourage to apply
* Great communication skills and perform activities such as :
o Need to communicate with staff effectively in appropriate manner.
o Ability to document both in generic and technical terms would be an advantage
* Willing to learn and share knowledge.
