INFO LOWONGAN KERJA HR & ADMIN MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will provide overall HR leadership for the organization, both in terms of providing clear strategic direction for the function and ongoing operational support and guidance.
Spectrums include providing strategic business support in areas such as manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employee relations.
1. Formulate an effective strategy and plan to maintain and improve staff performance with performance assessment system and reward management system
2. Develop and implement competitive total compensation strategies such as sales incentive plan, key performance indicator scheme to attract, motivate and retain talents
3. Spearhead recruitment and selection activites locally and regionally
4. Liaise with government agency on manpower issues, passes and initiative programmes
5. Provide professional HR advice to staff, line managers and HR Business Partners on all matters concerning compensation structures, benefits, benchmarking and rewards
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related disciplines.
2. At least 5-7 years of HR operational experience in a dynamic and diverse work environment
3. Strong HR management track record with knowledge in all functions, including expatriate management
4. Good understanding of Industrial Relations and knowledge of the employment law, government IMs and HR best practices
5. Strategically-minded, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
