WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Main Purpose of this position are verifies the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Compares identifying information with bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records. Verifies that materials received and goods shipped are as ordered. May route incoming items within the company as directed. Maintains related records.
Some Few Example of Tasks to be fulfilled:
1. Supervise warehouse activity for incoming material, storage material and finish goods/kits delivery through Exim process.
2. Ensure handling procedures of receiving, moving in to warehouse, issuing materials to production and finished goods/kits to customers, in order to have a safe, secure and health environment.
3. Ensure integrity of stock in warehouse, including accuracy of quantity between warehouse and system.
4. Make sure production get proper supply from warehouse to avoid any down time material.
Requirements:
* Min Diploma Degree in Industrial Engineering / Management
* Min 2 years working experience in warehousing & EXIM in Manufacturing Industries
* Knowledge in Kaizen, Kan-ban, JIT, FIFO and 5S
* Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
* Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressure
* Warehousing and Exim management
* Ability to organize and prioritize work
* Based in Cikarang, Bekasi
