ESAB is a multi national company in providing welding consumables, welding equipment, welding automation and cutting automation.
Due to expansion of our factory in Purwakarta, Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong manufacturing background and experience for the following positions :
HR and Admin Officer
Job description:
*Implement performance measurement system within departments from preparing document, monitor implementation to collecting results;
*Follow up on training interventions if necessary base on performance measurement;
*Involve in Industrial relation in shaping good relation with labour union / employees;
*Implement and Coordinate HR initiatives from Regional HR to develop and utilize human resource
*Maintain and update HR policies due to issue of government regulation and labour rules.
*Conduct HR orientation program for new employee and keeping program up-to-date and relevant due to new regulations and policies.
*Design, deliver and administer the organization’s training programs in accordance with the organization’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business
*General Affair’s activities: to control and order to Purchasing the office equipment.
Practical experience:
*Knowledge on two or more on Human Resources Framework/Management: Job Eva, Job Design, Industrial Rel, Payroll System,
*Knowledge on Government regulation on Manpower
*Strong communication skill
*Computer literate
*Fluent in English, written and oral
*Presentation Skill
Required characteristics:
*Strong and self motivated person
*Self initiated person
*Fast learner
*Be able to work as team.
*Self Organized and self structured person
*Willing to be based in Cikampek, Purwakarta
